The Report sets out the exciting benefits that Energy from Waste can bring to Australia with major contributions to the economy, employment and targeting zero emissions.
Potential projects valued at $4 to $7.8B can deliver 9,000 construction jobs and as many as 1,400 operational roles in both metropolitan and regional communities. In addition, these projects could eliminate more than three million tonnes CO2 Equivalent gas emissions from landfills every year.
